Nip Fab Glycolic Fix Cleanser, £7.95

Kylie Jenner recently claimed to be ‘obsessed’ with the new NipandFab Glycolic fix range, and seeing as how she’s sporting one of the most desired complexions around right now, I thought I’d give it a try.

The only stand out product for me here is the cleanser. It’s free from Sodium Lauryl Sulphate (a cheap irritating foaming agent) and full of it’s star ingredient Glycolic acid. For those of you who don’t know what that is or what it does – it’s an alpha hydroxy acid, which lightly exfoliates, clears pore-blocking dead skin and helps regulate oil production, and there’s some other good ingredients too; including apple amino acid to soften, olive oil for hydration, and green tea leaf extract, which is great for sensitive skin.

So contrary to how scary it might sound, using ‘acid’ on your face is actually a really good thing to do!

It’s a surprisingly gentle way to clean troubled skin. I found that over time this definitely helped to clarify my T-Zone, wasn’t drying or irritating, and didn’t break the bank either. So for once a celebrity endorsement didn’t disappoint me.
